One to one yoga session (75 mins) - coming soon from March 2025
Would you like an hours yoga session personalised just for you? This is the option for you! Emily will create a class that will be tailored to your individual needs and ayurvedic body type. Your class will include breathwork, yoga postures that bring balance to your dosha, relaxation and lots of ayurvedic magic and yogic wisdom. Finish your class with an optional mini shoulder/neck massage during your final savasana resting pose.
- A consultation form will be emailed prior to your class
- 15 minute - check in to talk about your dosha
- 60 minute class

This option is perfect to go alongside an Ayurvedic Health Consultation to learn your individual body type and how to adapt your diet & lifestyle to live your healthiest life. Or add an Ayurvedic Massage Treatment afterwards for ultimate indulgence.

Yoga for Two (60 mins) - coming soon from March 2025
Bring a friend and enjoy a yoga class for two! What better way to enjoy time with a friend than learning how to balance your body and mind through ayurveda and yoga.
Enjoy an hours yoga class tailored to bringing balance amidst the season we are in. Your class will involve breathwork, yoga postures and relaxation with lots of ayurvedic magic and yogic wisdom weaved in. Optional mini shoulder & neck massages to add to the bliss of your final savasana resting pose.

Scheduled Yoga Classes (60 mins) - Pay as you feel (£5, £8 or £10)
My regular yoga classes are held in my Otley treatment room which is a small, welcoming and relaxing space. I have three spaces for each class so please get your space booked to avoid disappointment.
Classes will be tailored to the seasons with lots of ayurvedic wisdom weaved in. We will begin with breathwork to ground, yoga postures to help balance the season's elements and finish with relaxation and an optional mini shoulder and neck massage.

Scheduled classes take place on:-
Tuesday evenings - 7pm - 8pm
Wednesday mornings - 9.30am - 10.30am
(please note - I am currently doing my 300 hour yoga teacher training and am due to qualify March 2025)
